BBQ Duck Marinade

Ingredients

4 each garlic cloves, crushed and minced
3 tablespoons  ginger, fresh grated
3 tablespoons  tahini
1/4 cup   hoisin sauce
1/4 cup  soy sauce, Kikoman
 1/2 cup   honey
 4 teaspoons  salt
2 teaspoons  black pepper, fresh ground
 2 teaspoons   Chinese Five Spice

Direction

Combine ingredients into a mixing bowl with a wire whip.  Place all but about a half cup of marinade into a tight sealing container and refrigerate, it will hold for about a week. Skin duck breasts, 4 each, and cut the two halfs apart removing the connective tissue. Place the duck breasts into the mixing bowl and coat evenly. Cover duck breasts in mixing bowl and refigerate at least two hours. Grill duck breasts until medium rare.

This recipe is one of my favorites from W.A. Frost & Company a few years back. I hope it will be one of yours favorites too. Enjoy!
