Girvan Grille in Brooklyn Park is off the beaten path. And that’s just how we intended it; a quiet little restaurant for friendly business lunches or a casual dinner with friends. Of course, we’re also popular for North Minneapolis business lunches… We’ll admit, it’s kind of hard to remember the office when you’re sitting near a window, watching the wind rustle the trees on beautiful Edinburgh golf course. And our twist on eclectic American cuisine doesn’t make it easy to think “hustle.” Yes, we’re off the beaten path, all right, with menu items like Mahogany Braised Pork with Two Potato Hash and sautéed Market Greens. Or the spicy pan fried Zen Noodles served with Asian vegetables, a lunch favorite. By the way, golf anyone? Come as you are and bring your friends. Anything from a sweatshirt and jeans to a dress shirt and tie. Dinner at “our place” says “linger.” Especially when your friends get their order of Horseradish Crusted Filet Mignon or one of our wood-roasted chickens. Yes, the empty wine bottles do tend to accumulate… Dinner entrée prices range around $14-$18. Burgers and sandwiches run around 9 bucks. Dessert’s around $5. For lunch you’re looking at around $7 to $10 for a salad, again about $9 for a burger or sandwich and the most expensive entrée you can buy is $13. We are located at 8700 Edinbrook Crossing in Brooklyn Park. We’re open 11am daily year round. Sunday Brunch is from 10am – 2pm. Happy Hour is Monday – Friday 3pm to 6pm.
