Fine dining is just a pair of words that mean nothing if the food isn’t up to your standards. Chef Robert Banta of Split Rock Grille has taken American Cuisine and introduced new ideas and a fresh approach to American Classics. Which means we’re a great family restaurant and a great place for business lunches.

Think of sweet cornbread served in a cast iron skillet, browned and crunchy around the edges. Or a hand-tossed wood-fired spit-roasted chicken with wild mushrooms and creamy white pesto sauce pizza. And if you like wings? No bony little wings here! Think big and meaty, slathered in genuine maple syrup barbecue sauce. (Just the thing for late night dining in Bloomington!)

We also have salads, sandwiches, burgers, fish entrees, Grandma Banta’s Beef Pot Roast and assorted Steakhouse Classics like Kansas City Bone-in New York Strip. Yep, fine dining in Bloomington, MN doesn’t get better than this.

Entrée prices range $8.25 for the Original Split Rock Burger to $25.95 for the Filet Mignon. Pizzas are around $8-$9 and those marvelous chicken wings are $8.25. We are located at 1700 American Blvd E in the Radisson Hotel Bloomington. We’re open Sunday - Thursday 6am - 10pm, Friday & Saturday 6am - 11pm.
